Mass photometry is a cutting-edge analytical technique that allows researchers to measure the mass of individual molecules in solution without requiring labels or extensive sample preparation. By combining principles of light scattering and interferometry, mass photometry provides a powerful, accurate, and non-invasive way to study biomolecular interactions and dynamics.
Our TwoMP instrument is available also with the lastest inovation - the MassFluidix High Concentration microfluidic system - which enables measurement of low-affinity biomolecular interactions through rapid dilution.
TwoMP for regular mass photometry measurement the instrment is available in "user" mode. The MassFluidix HC add-on is in "service" mode - this part of the instrument is operated by CF BIC staff.
Sample preparation needs to be discussed prior to measurement.
